FiBER FORCE® CST® support pillars are used (two per arch) to create a purchase point from which to start applying the hybrid compressible fibers and keep them in tension. They also demarcate the most distal position of the denture. FiBER FORCE® CST® support pillars are made of e-glass fibers (like the FiBER FORCE® CST® hybrid compressible fibers) and are fully compatible with the range of materials used in the CST® technique.
