FiBER FORCE® Pink UD Fibers

2 - 6” (2 - 15cm) Unidirectional Fibers
(2mm diameter, pre-impregnated with pink resin)

Uses:
Denture repairs; Various other acrylic reinforcements

Notes: UD fibers are the most resistant of the stranded materials (UD, braid, tape), but are somewhat less pliable and more difficult to place into certain shapes, such as a loop. They are recommended when maximum resistance and reinforcement is preferred. They are easily split lengthwise with a blade to obtain narrower sections.

Uses:
Pink light cure resin is used in the framework fabrication process to create tissue stops. Il can also be used to tack the framework to the model when using an injection process, and as a repair acrylic to replace cold cure acrylic.

FiBER FORCE® Pink Spacer Wax

Approx: 100 sheets (1 bls)

Uses:
Pink spacer wax is used in the mesh framework fabrication process. It is 26 gauge or 0.5 mm thick, and is ideal for creating just the right amount of space for the acrylic during processing.

EZ VAC Vacuum Unit

1 - EZ VAC unit, 3 - silicone membranes

Uses:
The EZ VAC is a unique, simple-to-use vacuum forming device specifically designed for FiBER FORCE mesh. It allows the user to make perfectly adapted, thin FiBER FORCE reinforcements - every time. Through use of a vacuum pump, a silicone membrane pulls down on the uncured mesh to precisely adapt the mesh to the model. The EZ VAC is then inserted into a light-curing unit and the mesh is quickly cured into its final shape.

Notes: The EZ VAC is necessary for forming mesh for new dentures only, and is not required for denture repairs.
